Beginner's Class We started A New class for the absolute BEGINNER on 6 March 2010 Sat - 9.00 am to 10.30 am This class is suitable for everyone who is new to Yoga and would like to learn the basics. All are welcome to join. |

BEGINNER'S PROGRAMME 1. What is Traditional Yoga and how it can assist you in your health and fitness 2. Learn the fundamentals of Yoga ASANAS /postures. By the end of the 10 lessons you would have experienced most of the classic Yoga asanas. 3. Learn the foundation of PRANAYAMA/breathing techniques 4.Learn the basic Cleansing technique to cleanse the body from toxin and enjoy the flow of energy |
PREPARING FOR CLASS Please bring your own Yoga Mat Wear comfortable attire that is stretchable. Shoes are not required. Do not have a meal before class (at least 2 hours) |
